1. Find the person in Registration Details
  2. Click on the gold payment icon to the left of the name to open the Profile Transactions screen
  3. Click Refund to refund a payment. We cannot make partial refunds.
  4. Check or Cash payments automatically use the Process Manually option. Online transactions can be processed manually or can go through the processor
  5. Clicking the trash can icon deletes the record of the transaction. It does not refund it
